4/13/2006 NFFE 1450 representatives met with Richard Rainey to discuss the growing list of employee actions (36 to date). Employees were surveyed prior to the meeting and the common thread is that staff wants to be treated with respect, consideration and fairness. NFFE 1450 repeatedly stated that we would like to see employees and managers work out problems informally before having to initiate a grievance, eeo complaint or other appeal process.
