NFFE 1450 News  NFFE 1450 wins in Arbitration!3/9/2006NFFE 1450 wins in Arbitration! Arbitrator rules against William Bolton, Los Angeles Multi-Family HUB Director, for overly harsh discipline against two Outstanding long-term Los Angeles MF employees. The Arbitrator in his written award stated, “it is clear that the disciplinary action against these two employees cannot be sustained, and that their official reprimand was unwarranted”. The Arbitrator also went on to say “it ought to have been clear to management, based on their professionalism and demeanor of the witnesses, their high performance evaluations, years of unblemished service, … that a simple question… would have been sufficient to solve the problem.” Losing party is on the hook for arbitration fees --- so management pays! |
