12/9/2005 NFFE 1450: Big Win for Case Taken to Arbitration! It's official! HUD San Francisco Management has signed a Settlement Agreement in a case recently taken to Arbitration by the NFFE 1450 Boad of Directors in defense of a HUD employee who is also a Union Official. NFFE 1450's case was strong and given the 'loser-pay' provision of our Labor Management Agreement management agreed to settle meeting all of our terms. NFFE 1450 is very proud to have supported the San Francisco employee by invoking arbitration and being willing to take the issue head-on to protect our HUD employees.
